Low range won't engage

PB Blaster and down-hill while in neutral! Smooth and easy now! I'm super excited. I've got the OME 861/862 springs coming along with some new KYB Gas-a-justs and a Monroe steering stabilizer to get the handling back to closer to how it should be (for my purposes anyway).

When I got my '93, it too took some effort to get it into low due to lack of use. I unscrewed the transfer case shift knob and put a piece of pipe on it so I had a longer shifter. Shifted it in and out of low several times. Fixed.
