Everyone in my family has asked me to start telling them what I might want for Christmas...I have decided that I want a new CB and antenna for the Cruiser. Anyone have any suggestions for which CB I should get. Also, is there such a thing as a CB that I can keep one base in the 40 and one in the 80 and just take the CB back and forth.

I'm also going to ask for a winch for the 40, but that is most likely a big stretch! I also would mind adding a FJ Cruiser to the stable!!

I had one of these in my FJ Cruiser. I don't have any other experience with CBs, but this one seemed to do the job. You can get the deal in the second link and all you have to do is move the handset from vehicle to vehicle. The radio is contained in the handset.

eric just go to bordalons cb shop on hwy 190 about 5 miles down on left they the shizzzz i had mine done over ther and my buddy ryn just had him pne put in last sat and the put a 230 buck 10 merter cd and anttana they tuned it tweeked it and set itupp andddd let me telll yaaa he can reach out ther! and he can hear far on it to! the cb he got is the one the guy over ther said is the best bang for ya buck its a connexx , call em up talk 2 wendol hes in the la jeepers and his bro in law own light line 4x4 , them boys know ther mess when it comes to cbs and attannas

Saw one "runs great" on car-part for $800.

I am going to go with a 4.3 though. My dad has a neighbor that will sell me a low mileage 4.3 blazer for $800. Having the whole vehicle will open up my options.

selling my cobra 29 ltb cb with blue tooth , 100 bucks its maby 3 mounths old just not enugh power and im going with a connex like my buds 10 meter with echo and has 30 rfw rather than 4 ! its sweeettt! holllaa if u want! ohhh and i have a uniden cb for sale for 20 bucks real compact but its loud and clear had it on my fjc first used it a SI that it holla 2411305~ i hate getttin keyed over sooo im gona fix that tomarroo haha

got my cobra 29 with blue tooth for sale and a fire stick antanna and cabel for 100 bucks! i payed 150 just for the raido its a few mounths old , it was peaked and tuned up and the cb shop , its puching 20 watts now , i moved up to a connex with 150whatt amp , and roof anttanna that babay screams and hears farr! give me a holla if any one wants it !

83 FJ60 - it has 198,600 miles on it. Spring over with cut and turn. Runs good. The a/c needs a new compressor. it needs very minor body work as you can see in the pictures. The tires are only about 8 months old and they dont have many miles on them. Can be flat towed off the front bumper. Whish is what Brian used to take it back and forth to the hunting camp.
