Female, like what is on the dash?

Isaac, I'd be interested in a couple of those plugs

I have 4. They are new and Moomtazz I have your two. Raevenzero, let me know.

I can give them to Lafayette members on the 12/13th of September when I am there, Cruiser Crawl, or my house in Mandeville.

I would like to have one to put near my back seat and maybe a second to run a worklight out of the back. So 1 would be great, 2 would be awesome!

Acadiana Freecycle had someone with a 60 gal 220 volt compressor setup for free. Though I would post that on here since it seemed like a good deal.

Got a number or link for the free compressor ad?

It's already gone. It only lasted about 3 hours. You can suscribe to freecycle on yahoo groups. They have stuff all of the time.

Looking to trade a set of 4 Cooper STT 315/75/16 less than 4000 miles. They have some rock rash on the two rear from the last Hot Springs trip but still have deep lugs and plenty rubber. They're hard to balance and better tires for a trail rig than a DD. They may balance better on steel wheels than the stick on weights and beads I'm using now. I'm looking for some BFG's or comparable for the long HWY trips I have ahead of me in Oct and Nov.

I found a 79 FJ40 Located about 3 hours east of Lafayette. I am having difficulties in deciding if I want it as a parts rig for my 66 FJ40. I talked to the guy and he doesn't know anything about it other than it was submerged during hurricane Katrina. I will post some pictures of it and let you guys make the decision. Please let me know how much you think it is worth or if someone would be interested in maybe putting some money in with me.

Thanks
Cruzersoul

Cruzersoul:

Did you ever work out a deal to buy the '79? If you do please post up-- I may want to buy some parts from you!

Brian

Selling Mine

Fellas:

In a few minutes, I will be listing my vehicle for sale in the classifieds section on the main forum. I'm tired of sitting on the sidelines while you all take off for the trails and report back on all of the fun you had. In my head, I can't get past thinking my current vehicle is too nice for me to take out and bang it around. I know it is capable of following (or leading:)) all of you on the trails but I haven't been able to bring myself to place it in peril. If it sells, I will be looking for a suitable replacement that I won't mind beating up or backing into trees (that's for you Scott!) Any help you guys can give me in finding my next vehicle would be greatly appreciated.

:frown: to see it go what a jewel of a rig but at the same time it'll be great to see you out on the trail in another one  I'll look for your thread and forward it to a few folks. I hope it finds a home nearby :) The fun part is finding the replacement :D

My 40 has to go. I don't see myself putting it to enough use to justify keeping it. I'm not sure if it is what you would want, Armond, but I am serious about letting it go this time, and I'm more flexible on the price now than I was before.

Well, you know having time to join you guys will always be an issue but when I do have the time, I don't want to be held back.

If/when mine sells, we'll definitely talk. There's no point in me even considering it until then. If another toy shows up at my house, I'll have to live in it because Mama won't let me in the house!

dam i wish i had money for that jewl! that suckers clean hell wheel i! i wheel the fj ! that y they have body guys!!

I understand. I've got issues I know! Been here before. You'd think that I would have learned my lesson. Who knows, it may be that I don't get my price for it and I just say to hell with it! If that happens, I'll follow you on the trails.
