3" lift for FJ60

I recently purchased a lifted but not running (thrown rod) '83 60 for the transmission and transfer case. I plan to part it out, but wanted to post here first that I am selling the complete lift "kit."

Lift was installed by COCOT and driven for about 18 months before the engine blew, then it sat up for a couple of years. Let me know if anyone is interested.

he said a 40 are about 12 are trade and cash ,

12 for that rig is a very very fair price (if it is as "clean" and runs well as it appears)...even in this market.

I'd like to trade him the 40 that we're parting out. ;)

That is a nice and classic rig. I found a 40 up here sitting in someone's yard that I will trade him for it, but only if he delivers.

Seriously though, I would love to have that if I had the money, the room, and I could do something with it. I couldn't wheel it (too pretty), tow with it (not a good engine for that), or daily drive it (have you seen IL gas prices?). It would be a great weekend cruiser though. I love it!

It runs as smooth as my fjc it's amazing. Starts right up no choke. I really want it too it's 100% rust free also Ryan is so meticulous on every thing he went throu it. With a fine tooth comb like ever thing just ask Larry about his shop lol

who typed your last post? Surely it wasn't you as there are no misspelled words:D

Hey Brian, I don't need the lift but I am looking for stock rims if you have them. I'm in Baton Rouge.
Thanks
kevin

Kevin- sorry, but the steelies were replaced with chrome wagon wheels somewhere in its life.

If anyone is looking for anything else off the 60 let me know; I don't plan to post up in the classifieds for a couple of weeks.

To pretty for me. I would want something that i could beat up a little. Cheap would be good too! I'm going to have to wait awhile though, too many things going on right now (and money going out).

When was that 60 repainted and where was it from originally? Nice 60, too bad they painted over everything instead of taking it apart. Other than that it looks pretty damn sweet.

it was from senora texas , its whole life . from what the title had it was givin to a ritch guy for his ranch and was run a bit and then the rich guy let a auto body class use it for paint job / lesson .. then it sat up under a barn for years , they guy then gave it to ryan cuz it to him was some junk . it was on 4 flats and needed a gas tank and some TLC .
ryan got it cleaned it up changed tank ,waxed buffed , cleaned underneath, changed the springs , power steering pump it was leaking ,windsheild, a door seal, shocks, and front drivers seat , it had a tear so he changed it , did all the fluids plugs air filter , went throu the who thing top to bottom ryan said he has about 3500 in it with parts wheels tires ect , and alota labor , but id drive that 60 to the moon if the yhad a road and alot of gas stations , he said he fig it gets 12-14 mpg i drove it yestaday to get some parts for him just to run it it dont pull are shake and squeak . even my fjc has some rattels , dont make em like they usta
