False alarm on the axles, it is an 80s bronco with TTB. I doubt anyone is lookign to swap in IFS's bastard cousin.

Followed a similar build and saved the details. He put 3/4 ton Ford Axles under it. I look to do something similar to the wife's when she's ready to ditch it for a Highlander
Would rather keep it Toyota and roll a 80 axle under the front end the rear setup is next to the same as the 80. I have a year or two before she'll let me touch it 
Intro and WTB
Hi all - Bang Bang noticed me posting in the Mud classifieds and suggested I come by here. I'm new to the Cruiser thing...I've always been enamored with the old 60s from a distance, but been more into CJs. After having my (non-fun) DD hit and totaled recently, I began looking for a Scrambler, but somewhere along the way decided that considering my kids' ages, I should look at something more...enclosed.
All that to say I'm in Baton Rouge and looking for a late 80s 60 or 62. Price is absolutely an object, as my budget is pretty much what the insurance company gave me.
(Cash + musical equipment could also be a possibility.) I'd appreciate any info if you know/hear of anything.

Local FJ45 For Sale
A friend of mine here in New Iberia is selling his FJ45. I think he's had it about a year. He goes through vehicles like crazy. Anyway, it appears to be in good shape. I do know he has the hard top for it. In fact, he just took that off before taking these pictures. He's asking $8,000 for it. I have absolutely no details about it. Don't even know what year it is.
