i got to see this one up close!!! very nice. allen is a car nut like all of us. he buys and sells a lot, he just has a much bigger pocket. i have done a few old broncos for him. fords are his thing. he was asking 50,000 local, it will be cool to see what it brings.

I am afraid of a low price, which will make me feel bad given the amount of time and money I still have to go on my LV. I hope is goes for a decent amount. If it were to sell for 30K I would be really pissed. Rantings of a lunatic.
Being that it's being auctioned off on sunday & from a country music star, my guess it will do well. Seems the buyers don't really care that alot of the cars/trucks are 100% original, they just want to be able to drive them without any headaches... so i don't think the V8 will hurt it at all.

Based on the prices leading up to it, I don't have a good feeling that it is going to bring big money.
Sold for 75K, that is awesome. Edit: Add 12% BP and you are at 84K. From what I saw on the tv, that rig looked perfect. A lot of money, yes, but I am happy to see at least one example of a high quality LV sell to see what the value was. It also make me feel much better when I spend money on my resto. Quality always sells.
