Lost Main Spare Key - Poor Dealership Service

I looked around in Lebanon and was able to find a locksmith who can do it.

I was looking on the web for OEM replacement keys. I found Original Keyless Solutions through IH8 MUD however after ordering from them i did not recieve the key. The ended up being black listed on many Rip Off Report.com

Is there another reputable online store for replacement keys ?

Will the key work with a non US spec Land Cruiser ?

Midwest Keyless on eBay was the place to go a few years ago, check them out.
Have just shells and full remote electronics.
