Looking to buy a 1998 Diesel 3 door Prado

The LC I'm looking is a 4 cyl diesel and I plan to run biodiesel in it.
I haven't decided because I feel the price is a bit steep $17.000.00 for a "98" 3 door ?
Although in the D.R. everything is expensive,but I can buy a 5 door for the same money.
Any after-thoughts would be appreciated.

What's the odometer reading? the price seems a bit steep for a 98.

the odo reading is 78,000k but in the DR all vehicles are very expensive due to import tax's
