I'm looking into getting an 80. What do I need to look for and what problems should I be aware of?

I just bought a 97 locked, and am picking it up next weekend. My good friend also just bought the same and it gets delivered in 3 days. If you email me in the next week or two I may have some additional pointers that may help.
