SOR sells the brackets, but if you saw them, you'd kick yourself. I would fab yours. If you have a vise and a hacksaw, go for it. Otherwise, SOR.

Chug, a simple "u" shaped piece of metal will work. One side of the "u" bolting to the tub and the other to the seatback, the bottom of the "u" being the distance necessary to clear the rollbar.

Ed is right. The only thing about going the bracket route is you have to move the rubber feet out toward the hinge, or they won't hit the wheel well. Then, when you do that, the seat makes a long lever and smashes the feet if someone bigger than 100 lbs sits on it. Then, the seat cants downward. I am thinking of just getting the later, smaller seats, myself, just to get things to ride nicer.
