Looking for LC200 2008–2011 → 2012+ Taillight Conversion Harness

Trying to track down the OEM‑style taillight conversion loom that lets the early LC200 (2008–2011) run the 2012+ LED facelift tails.

Looking specifically for the plug‑and‑play adapter with:

• early‑year 6‑pin to late‑year LED connectors
• proper resistors/drivers built in
• no splicing, no universal kits
• usually sold as a left/right pair

I’ve already checked the common online sources and most listings are dead or gone. Before I start building a set from scratch, I’m hoping someone here might have:

• a spare pair sitting in their parts bin
• a lead on a shop/vendor that still has them
• an old listing or part number that matches the correct loom
