Looking for ideas with venison

i made deer spaghetti last week that turned out pretty good.

i just browned the venison with sea salt, cracked pepper, cayenne, a little oregano and bay leaf. Drained the fat. Dumped in off the shelf prego or whatever sauce my wife bought. let simmer for a while and served ove3r wheat pasta. id definitely eat it again... and probably will do so this week with my last pound of venison.
