as the title says we are looking for some fall colors and maybe a little snow.We not looking for an extremely difficult trail but i dont want just a dirt road either . We are near longmont so is there any trails in the area that fit the bill ?

We're a Colorado springs based club, so most of us don't get up your way much. My parents live in milliken, so I get up there every now and then. I've found almost all of the forest service trails up north are closed all winter.
If it's open, old flowers road is really nice, and I really love the St. Vrain canyon area. I would think you would see what you wanted just heading up to Estes park.
