Looking for a replacment 1FZE. <160k

Does anyone here know of a decent 1FZE motor for sale, preferrably with low(er) mileage. Mine had 255K and went out on me last week on the way home from work. It's currently at Camelback Toyota here in Phoenix, Az with what we thought was just a head gasket issue, but the engine won't even turn over by hand... the service writer (an active MUD member and supporter and also member of Copper State Cruisers) said it might just be easier and cheaper to source a used engine to drop in vs tearing down and rebuilding this one.

Please PM me if you have or seen one. (If the funds were available I'd like to do the 2UZ-FE V8 engine) but just bought a house this year here in AZ and the wife hasn't gone back to work since having surgery... so $$ is extremely tight. Merry Christmas!

Did they pull the plugs to turn it over. Sometimes the motor fills with coolant when the hg blows and it is parked, so it hydrolocks and won't turn over.

It might be best to just a beater and swap in a diesel. You're out of Ca, so it might be legal out there.

Thanks guys. I'd love to do the diesel swap or the 4.7 but money is the current factor.. but a couple of engines have been sourced and a third option is a new short block. Which is the option I'm leaning towards. Which comes with a 1 year/12k warranty from Toyota.
