Archie, Emergency vehicles are exempt from the red light cameras. Myself, being a 3rd class citizen of this fine socialist city, have had to pay 2 red light violations already on my personal vehicles. Do yourself a favor and pay them online or in person. DO NOT PAY THEM BY CHECK IN THE MAIL. The city will hold the check and cash it well after it due date. Then you'll be on the hook for the fines and the late fee. Don't ask me how I know! The company that runs the camera for the city get a portion of the fines.

I was hoping the guy would post up. Obviously not. I know he lives in Lake Forest (his address on his exprired plates) but I'm not at liberty to divulge his home address. He was in the area attending some function near the lake. I'll try my level best to contact him and go from there.
The 40 was in pretty good condition but not for the price he thought it was worth. Typical restored 40owner with too much cash and not enough knowledge.
