I recently repacked the front wheel bearings and cleaned everything up. After putting it back together everything seemed ok. The next time I went to lock the hubs, one of them wouldn't go through the entire range from free to lock. It only went about half way, however the 4wd still worked at that time. After a week or so I got around to removing and re-installing the hub with the limited range. Put it back in and made sure it had the entire range of motion. Yesterday I was out fishing and needed 4wd but the front wheels would not engage. Any tips on what way to install the hub for it to work properly?
