This past weekend I went on a ride ,and while out on the trail the driver front wheel stopped pulling. Im welded in front, have new cromo installed. asian hubs are in great shape. dissassembled the front axle nothing is broken or stripped , third is good all welds still intact. I also never heard any sign of failure, no pop, squeal, grinding, no loss of steering nothing? What else could one look for, that would keep a wheel from pulling?:confused:
 
try running it on stands with that hub removed so you can see the very end of the outer shaft where the c clip attaches if that shaft is turning but not the wheel then somehow your hub is bsd ....if shaft not turning the problem is deeper....birfields or third......good luck........

i ran into a guy with a nice lfted IFS Runner. He had the warn hubs on it. i said he should rip those off. he said he broke the stock asian hub. i was like, no F'n way. they must have been loose or somthin. he said he thot they were. thats the first instance i have heard of...

When I got my solid axle for my 4runner, the guy I bought it from had Mile Marker hubs on it. I broke one the third wheeling trip out. Saw a guy with a 2nd gen and warn hubs the other day. can't figure out why people change out the aisins......I have never broken or seen one break. strange.
 
i have broke 2 aisin hubs now . one on my tacoma with the 2.7 ,4.56 and lock rights running 33x10.50 boggers .

i snapped a cv taking out the inner hub gear .

the other is on my 85 yota with 35's in the mud taking out the hub gear as well ..but im running a 351 windsor in it ..
