LJ78 trailer wiring

Can anyone tell me how to wire a trailer harness for an LJ78? Is there an adapter, or do you have to do it the old fashion way?

Access wiring in through the side panels, use an adapter for 3 - 2 wires and pick the kind of plug you want to use. It's a 12V truck, so there's not much drama in doing the wiring.

With a 24V truck, it's a bit of a different story, takes hours as you need to install relays and a voltage converter.
