looking to add an oil cooler to my 92 LJ78 and wanted to see if anyone with the same truck has added one? Where did u run the lines and mount, etc?

just wanted to add - coming up to 200 000km and she runs great. (the 3l head was done at 75 000) For those that have had back luck with the Prado LJ78. 
You're talking a transmission oil cooler right? I've done one. Was a pretty easy install. I can digup the part number if you like...

Actually I'm going to do an engine oil cooler first. More direct contact with the parts I'm lookin to keep cool. Tranny cooler after most likely to help with the towing. Id be interested in the part number if its easy to find thanks.

You know the 2LTE has an engine oil cooler already which is cooled by the coolant right? So indirectly, if you keep your coolant cooler, then you are keeping your engine oil cooler. An easy way to keep your coolant cooler is to put in an auto trans oil cooler (as the auto trans is also cooled by the coolant...). And the auto trans dumps a lot of heat when going up hills out of lock up. Like kW of heat...
