Lj78 Lhd

Hey Fellas,

I was pretty darn sure these LJ78s were JDM only.

Is this a conversion?

Found this one in Taji, Iraq

I think I remember that only Japan called them LJ78s. In other markets they were LJ77s such as this one, apparently from S America.

Lots of cruiser to take pics of but it would look kind of funny to stop a foot patrol so I could investigate a cruiser.

This one was on an old Republican Guard base so it was easy to snap a few shots.

Looks like it has head problems as there is oil and water all over the top of the fenders.

Interesting...those look like 15" wheels such as one might find on a NA 4Runner. The LJ78s came with 16".

Head problems on a 2L-TE? Hard to imagine!
