When Welding The Purches On The Axle What Is A Easy Solution To Centering The Axle And Determining The Perch Location. Any Help Would Be Great.

Use the original SU perches to locate side to side. Then with the entire weight of the truck on the axle aim it a few degrees below the transfer case. Tack new perches in place, pull out and finish weld.

I Was Going To Do That, But I Had 4x4 Labs Cut And Turn The Axle And They Removed The Front Purches Already

In that case you are going to need to bust out the tape measure and plumbob. The passenger side perch will require quite a bit of modification to make it fit if you are using the Mopar perches. Cut, grind, test fit, grind somemore, test fit.
