This may be a silly question (first time doing all of this), but I've just received this OEM timing tensioner bolt for my 1hd-ft from partsouq, and the inner metal surface has a ton of cracks. Is this fine? As in, is this part of the bolt just to driver the outer sturdier metal in (they seem to maybe be different metals)?
I haven't taken a look at the one already in the truck, I just ordered this as it's cheap and has an important job
(and some kits seem to come with it)
