What are the small ~1/8in lines that run along the inside face of the drivers side frame rail? I want to order some new plastic clips for them, but I'm not sure what I'm looking for. I was thinking they might be 7729560160 for the clips, but that's for the fuel system and these are too small to be fuel lines, unless they are part of the evap system.

I think you are referring to the brake lines. Post a picture so we can be sure what you are looking at.
Just follow them and see where they go. They might be brake lines.

Not sure why I missed that. When I was under there last night I could have sworn there were rubber sections in the line which is why I didn't think they were brake lines. I just went out and crawled under there and they are the rear brake lines. The clip was PN 90949-01613.
