I have pro-comps and they are dead on 2.75 with skinny bushings. They have a nice ride and are were mil. wraped on both ends so I was able to flip the rears no prob. Course Im running aftermarket shackles and had to put in washers to take up some slack anyway.
Looks like the reasoning behind making them skinny is just cost. Id re-check your bushings and put them on with some washers.
