Lexus or Toyota Landcruiser Factory Roof Rack extension to past the sunroof

I did see a posting for a certain type of roof rack. I am looking for a solution to use stock factory roof rails in order to install the Thule cross bars and Hullivator system on our 2014 LX570. The current rails aren't long enough for my 17' kayak.

Hey, GeoW5. I'm also interested in using the Thule Hullivator but on a 2016 LC. Have you found a solution?

I see that Thule has 2 styles of crossbars that fit both your '14 LX570 and our '16 LC. It might be interesting to compare the cross sectional profile of our factory crossbars to that of the Thule options. Just looking at the images on the Thule website, it appears the 2 Thule options may be the same bars with different mounting mechanisms.

then I was not convinced the hullivator would attach to those?

If the Hullivator wouldn't attach to our Toyota/Lexus crossbars, it looks like I would need to order the Thule Wingbar Evo 135 (Bar spread 46") and you would need the Thule Wingbar Evo 135 (Bar spread 43") crossbars.

I've got the Thule Aeroblade (pre-gen to Evo wingbar) - the bars give a better aesthetic to my '13 LX as well as increase my load capacity.

Anyways, The Hullivator WILL attach onto the Evo Wingbar but WILL NOT attach to the Aeroblade Edge.
