Led tailight wiring? (1 Viewer)

I have a 74 fj40 that I'm putting a custom bumper on the rear with led tail lights, four led assemblies in total. My question is how to wire them. I know I'll have to use a electronic flasher unit, but how do I make the outside two units blink for turn signals, but not the two inside units? I want to make all four units parking and stop, only the outside for turn. Tractor trailers have this feature, just not sure about how to wire this. Thanks in advance.

Trailer converter or diodes, good writeup on Pirate - search for post by Helocat.

I run a single stop/turn/tail oval LED using the trailer wiring converter box, really easy to do once you look at the wiring diagram that comes with the converter. Electronic flasher also called heavy duty or load sensing is what you need.
