Guys, question:
why did you order RED LED's for taillights? Shouldn't you order WHITE because the lens of the taillight is already red?

Just making sure before I order

My understanding is that the white lights look pink behind the red lenses. I went with the 3w reds and they rock. I also went with the 4w whites for reverse and they are great (along with my 50w halogen reverse lights mounted in my Kaymar). I went with the biggest arrays I could fit in the side marker and corner marker housings.

Which Color LEDs should I use?
For best results the LED color should be the same as the lens color. As an example: a red lens will filter out all but the red portion of the light so if the light is all red, none or very little light will be blocked by the lens. The light from a White LED contains very little light in the red portion of the visible spectrum so most of the light would be filtered out by a red lens.
