When I jack the front of the truck up, water drips from the pinch seams of the rocker panels.
I'm going to drill so drain holes but I can't figure out how the water gets in.
Most recently, the truck was parked and got rained on, I drove it 200 meters on a fine dry day to get it inside a shop.
I jack it up and the water drips.

Anyone deal with this before?

Hello,

Those are drain holes. Water flows to a channel on the bottom of the body and then drains through them. There are two on each side.

Try to keep them clean.

The rockers are aftermarket panels put in by a local body shop along with rear quarters.
I need to re-create the drain holes.

Interior is dry except for a small leak above accelerator... somewhere behind the dash.
if I park downhill, nothing comes in there.

Hello,

Better late than never.

I could not get better quality images. Camera struggled to focus.

This is the rocker below the driver's door. Water accumulates here.

It is good practice to keep this hole clean using a piece of wire.

There is another hole like this one in the passenger's side.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Juan!
I will look again but it seemed to me the water was coming out from where the rockers and other sheet panels meet and the flanges are spot welded together.
I did not see any holes like the ones in your photos.
I think this is because that metal is aftermarket panels welded in.
