Leaking rad

99 Tacoma 3.4 leaks coolant around cap overflow tube area but only when it gets below -25c, replace fluid this summer and is good for -40. Has anybody had similar problem seems to have trace of coolant around where top of rad meets the rad body. hard to explain has me baffled.

Is it plastic tank and aluminum body?

It's the original rad aluminum I believe

I've had similar problems on after market rads with plastic tanks and aluminum core. Ive just replaced them under warranty.
