Any coolant in the oil or oil in the coolant?

Checked oil, it seems black and normal looking. Can't really tell if there is oil in the coolant but it definitely smells like coolant.

Could it just be running down from somewhere above the HG? Hard to tell with the shadow behind the waterpump?

Pressure test revealed the leak is coming from the gasket between the thermostat and the head.


Phew.
