Not everyone. I'm a 37 year old in a high income bracket that loves overlanding, off roading, and mission work in the Asian and African continents. Have a built Tacoma for the off road abuse, but enjoy the heritage, comfort, reliability, and performance of the version of the 300 series we get in the USA.This is a niche group. Most LX600 retail buyers are gray hairs and just enjoy the reliability\comfort of the LX. They have probably bought one every 10 years for the last 30 years. At least that seems to be the buyer in this market.
When are the 2023 MY released ? Any changes expected ?
where?Yeah - in other markets LX600s are available with a short wait.
3000 LC 200s sold annually in the USA in years prior is probably looking pretty dang good to Toyota right about now….compared to the dribble of LX’s that currently are getting released
Toyota/Lexus couldn't care less. They've put all of their horsepower into making cheaper models. The 300 series isn't legitimately intended for the U.S. any longer.
They continue to have significant manufacturing issues worldwide. I doubt very much anything is up with the LX600 other than ongoing supply chain constraints. They are having the same issues across all of the global product line, not just Land Cruiser 300 variants. It's 2023 and the 2023 LX hasn't hit the dealerships yet. Anyone still hoping to buy a 300, you can give up on that idea. There are only around 40 new LXs for sale in the entire US. It appears that Lexus is actually winding down production and export to the U.S. versus ramping up. At one point, there were over 140 2022 LXs for sale on cars. com.
It appears that Lexus has decided that the LX is strictly a novelty vehicle, without no intention on any sort of mass production. Consider this: The 2023 re-designed RX 350 hit the showrooms in late summer. Right now there are almost 700 of the 2023s in inventories throughout the U.S. So no, there are not supply chain issues.
Lexus isn't serious any more about the LC 300, at least for the U.S.. Simple as that.

Is that why there are almost 1,000 2023 RXs on lots throughout the US?
Is there a break down on the unit amount Lexus sent the LX600 to various countries ?Mid January, and not a single 23 LX on lots or on the road in the US.
Lexus isn’t serious about selling this vehicle.

Based on design it seems to be more geared for the Middle East customer in mind.Don’t know. But there are almost 900 2023 GXs on lots, and over 1,000 RXs on lots.
Lexus produces what it wants to produce, simple as that. All of the “supply issues” excuses are mostly b.s. at this point.
Lexus isn’t serious about the LX. It has moved to exotic vehicle status.

I will wait to see what Toyota delivers with the upcoming LC / Prado variant allegedly coming to the US.Yeah, it’s really disappointing. Essentially took away the US buyer’s access to any 300 unit, unless you are willing to pay a 50-100K privilege charge. Toyota and Lexus were disingenuous with this whole thing, and I don’t know that I will stick with the brand as a result.
