Hi there i recently had my screen out and amplifier out all plugs were disconnected from display and main plug on amp underneath. Everything was plugged back in properly but intermittently the screen doesnt start up and bring toyota logo up.
Disconnected all again and rechecked all pins and plugs were making contact but still i got a black screen all the buttons work and beep and ac controls are working
Does anybody know what might be going on i have tried disconnecting batteries for 5 mins and draining power. When i press view button for camera system the cameras show up on screen but when i press maps or anything else there is no display its black and beeps when tou touch screen.
Note. I have disconnected xorrect yellow wire for handbrake signal and earthed. And purple/violet wire directly next to it on a switch to cut gps speed for video to work in motion. I had this workong perfectly but screen is playing funny games sometimes.
