LC200 4Lo wont engage (1 Viewer)

Yes all other switches are working. Yes I have tried the neutral shut off turn on no good. Can anyone check if the relay on pass side clicks when 4 low is selected or does it wait until the 4 lo actually engages and the light comes on?
