Hi , I have a 2016 LC 200. 5.7 GCC spec land cruiser. A few days ago we disconnected the battery to install power auction options for the doors and when we connected it back, the navigation system and audio went blank. Perhaps the fuse or a software problem ? I am not able to locate the fuse for the NAV or RAD. Please assist someone...

Ever find a solution? Same thing happened to me this morning. Marc

TSB #T-TT-0399-16
NHTSA ID #10134075
Summary:
TT: Multimedia systems reset procedure should be performed when the multimedia system no longer responds or reboots itself.

I don't have access to the full TSB, only summary that one can search for. However, this is the reset procedure from the repair manual.
If this doesn't work you'll likely need a dealer to help diagnose further.

1) Confirm the navigation System is rebooting or not responding when the ignition is turned on

2) Disconnect the negative terminal of the vehicles 12 volt battery

3) Wait 30 seconds

4) Reconnect the negative terminal of the vehicles 12 volt battery

5) Confirm multimedia system operation after multimedia system reloads. Multimedia system can take up to 5 minutes to reload after a battery disconnect
* If navigation system begins functioning normally proceed to step 6
* If navigation continues to reboot, have your Dealer diagnose per repair manual

6) Perform system initialization on vehicle systems as needed

7) Confirm all systems are functioning properly

Worked!
