Bringing back an old post, I have 2008 LC and I am now having the start and dies immediately problem. Car was fine the day before went to go drive it and it would not stay running. Seems like after trying to start it after resting the truck starts but dies, if I try again it does not want to start. Cleaned the MaF, then replaced the maf, battery tested was good, then later after hooking it back up and trying to start the truck a couple of more times the battery ended up dying. Replaced the battery and still having the same problem. I can hear a hum from under the fuel tank when in acc mode. I’m at a loss. Any ideas? Could a faulty fuel pump have killed my battery in the couple of hours after having it tested?
