adapter has about 30k miles on it. we kept the cummins 6bt but adapted it to a Chevy 6L80 so this adapter and associated parts are for sale.

Interested in this kit. At least the Adapter and starter. This adapter does work with the A442F. Mine is a 93.

yes the adapter works for A343f/A442F basically mimics the back of a 1FZ. let me know if you have any additional questions

Has the adapter been cut in two? I’ve seen other pictures of this adapter as one piece. How did the A343f work behind the diesel - why the swap to the chevy trans?

yes it has been cut so the oil pan can be removed without the transmission having to come out. over site on the original adapter function.

A343F does pretty well with shift kit I'm still using on behind my 4bt with a stand alone controller. the 6bt that was in front of this one was healthy turned up with a hamilton cam. the Torque converter lock up wasn't happy being driven like a sports car by the owner. kept burning up lock up clutches. that's why they went chevy. a lot more aftermarket support to build for low rpm high torque lockup. A lot of more stock 6bt's running around infront of A343's
