Knorr Swiss Noodle dishes.

I cooked some up last weekend on our Rubicon trip, the Butter Herb variety. Pretty tasty when you compare ease of preparation and short prep time to other alternatives. Boil two cups of water, add noodles and simmer for two minutes, let stand for five minutes. (I served them with some lamb chops that I seared on both sides in a scorching hot cast iron skillet then covered and set aside for about 5 minutes, perfect medium rare.)

One package is two servings but I could eat a whole package if I were back packing. For two people the serving is plenty as a side with some protein and maybe a salad or other veggie.

No link on where to buy?:D I love me noodles, now off on a search...
As was posted any grocery store or dollar store. They usually sell for around a buck each. IMHO they taste a lot better than the Mountain House freeze dried crap that sells for a lot more.

knorr products are good stuff
