Knocking noise from under

Dear All,

I quite regularly (but not always) have a knocking/clapping sound from under my HZJ75 when transmission is in idle. It is relatively loud and clearly audible from a few meters.
The sound goes away when clutch is pressed or when revs are high.
Using a mechanic's stetoscope the noise seems to come from the clutch house.
I hope someone can figure out from this, what could the problem be. I am departing for a long trip and would like to know if this is a serious issue.

Throw out bearing?

Pilot bearing or loose dampener springs in the clutch plate. The throwout bearing will be noisy when the clutch is depressed if faulty.

Usually its the Duel Mass Flywheel, If it has one

1hz's don't but the 1pz did.
