Thanks Kamran, I did as suggested and found this 90980-11161. The closest I’ve found ends in 62 but it’s the wrong fit. It’s the black conector circled
in the photo that connects the starter harness and main harness. However that part number doesn’t give me the correct clip. I’ve reached out to a couple Toyota dealerships but not much help. Anyone better to inquire with? Photo of the connector thank you

Try part number 90980-11166. OEM part is still available from multiple reputable websites. For what it's worth, the connector I used from Amazon is 4 years 40k miles. I needed it in a timely manner, hence not going oem.

Can you please, upload a clear picture like this for the male connector to this. The connector that plugs into this? I have a book of connectors but it's for 2006 lexus lx. Another easiest way of finding this connector, would be electrical wiring diagram book for 1999 land cruiser.

Hey thanks I have these

The best I can do at the moment is this I’m away for a few days. It’s in the back of the motor were the harness for the starter connects to the main harness that then connects to the fuel injectors, coil packs and everything else

I am sorry, I was unable to find the correct connector. You don't want to be hung up on this job just for this connector. You have to two options. Use a zip tie trick, it works pretty good. Or use some other aftermarket connectors that matches the awg of the wire.

For sure the zip tie is likely the route until I can find source it. Thanks for the help though.
