Wanted knob pulls, and other stuff

I need all of the knobs for a 78 fj40 I have the switches, but the guy before me lost all of the knobs, I also need the choke cable assy. and the air pull assy. and the headlight mounting switch bezel that screws into the switch and holds it to the dash. any help appreciated.

I have the "Fresh Pull" cable. Got knobs, but they are on switches
Also may have a bezel on a junk switch.

what would you need for the cable? I think that the headlight bezel is larger than most of the others but I am not sure...

You are right about the light switch bezel/nut, larger than the rest, sorry. Here is what I have...the cable is very nice, smooth and the chrome is 100%.

How about $20 + actual postage? I'm not trying to hold you up, but this is very nice
