so, any thoughts on whether the toyota keyfob is better quality than the aftermarket ebay remocon ones? I am having problems (again) with my 2nd keyfob from remocon and am getting tired of it. Wondering if there is a better aftermarket unit or if the toyota units are better?

I have the Lexus oem fob I bought online. Can't remember where. Works like a charm, no problems at all. I do wish it would work from farther out, it's got about a ten foot radius from the car. I always try to go with OEM when possible.

I bought a cheap Ebay fob from Keyless Ride (1.866.buy.keys is their Ebay ID) about a year ago and it has functioned fine. It's only a single button but for only $16.50 with free shipping I figured why not experiment?
