I found a slick looking 80 series in the KC area that I'm interested in. I'd like to find a mechanic to look it over for me before I make the drive down and/or commit to purchase the Cruiser since I'm about 6 hours away. Does anybody have any recommendations on shops or quality individuals that could help out a 80 series newb?

Ken's Garage in Leavenworth if the truck's on the north end of town. I take my company's vehicles there. I also had them inspect my Tundra for the buyer when I sold it and they were both thorough and reasonable.
