I haven't seen anyone volunteer to host for July yet so I'd like to offer. Meeting date I think was set for Saturday, July 9th. 6 PM is fine.

Thanks for hosting Marc
-Mike-

Thank you Marc! I will be out of town, so Daisy or Jon will lead the meeting.

Dude, you're going to be sorry you missed it.

I'll be there in spirit, but the rest will be in the mtns. in Colorado.

We are a maybe on attending.

Just a reminder. This Saturday at 6 at my house. Directions are on the club website:

HDCruisers.org

Bring some food to share and your own drinks. Also bring a camping/folding chair if you want to sit outside. I have a few but not enough for everyone.

Planning to be there x5.

Marc -

Thanks for hosting - Ellen and I are planning to attend.

Thanks Marc! We had fun.

Oh ****, I totally spaced it!
Sorry to have missed it!

Daisy

Well then, we won't tell you about the steak and lobster that we had for dinner!

We had a pretty low-key meeting, with nothing much to report, other than we did have a nice tour of the new Hyundai. I think this company is really going to be giving Toyota some tough competition in the coming years. It seems like they are offering a lot of features and value for the money. For me, the real test will be how well they hold up after 100,000, 200,000, or 300,000 miles. Maybe it doesn't matter to most folks, as most people don't keep their cars for that long. But I do! We'll expect Marc to give us periodic updates on reliability.

We also had some discussion about HAM radios, what it takes to get a license, and different mounting options.

Thanks to Marc and Daniese for hosting! (I always have to wonder if I am spelling her name correctly, so I apologize if not.)

No problem. It was an easy meeting to host with the small turnout. And her name is spelled Danise. When your name is spelled differently than 'normal', you just get used to it.
