I bought a couple of jerry cans for my pig from ebay, they seem like a good deal. I don't have them yet I will update when I get them. They do have different openings that don't fit standard knozzles. But I siphon mostly any way so it will not be an issue for me.

Those are NATO cans, I have a few of them. They do make a spout that fits them. Go to a surplus store, they are cheap.

Nice score!

Thanks for the tip on spouts, I will watch for some of them. I had been looking for some cans for about 6 months, most places were either sold out or way to expensive. I spotted these for $25 each and i figured they were worth a try, the seller seems to have a bunch of them.

I've got a few of these, but mine are not the regular fuel cans- they are water cans. The difference is the filler neck is centered, and large.

Finding a spout might prove difficult, the lister says:

"The standard Nato fuel nozzle will not work with this can because they are to small. "

My NATO fuel cans have the fuel tag on the top of them with the smaller fill neck to the right side, like this:

Using what you bought as a water can- they're fantastic! As a fuel can, you might have some difficulty finding a nozzle.
