As discussed at the meeting yesterday the Jeep Jaunt is October the 28th, registration is open and you can print out the attached form and send it in or register at the event. Ms Jean the flyers says it is indoors probably to fend off the weather.

Registration at Celebrity Theatres, HWY 90, Broussard, 7am-9am
Departs Celebrity at 9:30am for a 35 mile police-escorted ride to
Cypress Bayou Casino • Hotel in Charenton, LA
All-age indoor event in the Pavilion from 11am-2pm (no pets please)

Registration includes lunch (compliments of Cypress Bayou Casino • Hotel),
Door Prizes, Live Auction and more!
All Jeeps and 4x4’s are welcome, riders 7 years and older must be registered.

Spoke with a few people that I work with that drive, CJ's, newer JK's , Propane powered CJ,if they would be going this year and all replied happily yes. Hoping to make it on the ride this year because I'll be carrying the spare propane bottles for the CJ incase he runs out (Also told him I'll have a strap reedy just in case)

maybe replace the spare bottle with an empty one just so you can pull him in with the strap if he runs out I know that's rotten but its all good fun as JayCee puts it He started on me the minute I posted the flyer. I hope you get to make it, I'm planning to go as well hopefully the weather is nice enough to peel back all the windows and sunroof or in your case go topless

How's meeting for some breakfast at Meche's Donut's between 7 and 7:30 am with a plan to drive across the street to check in around 8 am sound? I know thats a hit with the kids but I don't mind either Meche's is in the shopping center next to Home Depot across the street from the theater. The ride departs Celebrity at 9:30.

We still on. Can't wait. Larry, he said at the meeting no group said they wanted front behind him yet. Are we still in front. That's just cool. Being able to see all those jeeps trying to keep up with us cruisers.

Should be nice and cool day with a high of 66 from what I see on my phone now. We will be in the second group right behind JayCee's group Somewhere around 150 + jeeps and other behind you

Looks like we'll need a light jacket to start off that morning but should be a nice day
