JDM HDJ81 security keys

My HDJ81 only came over from the old country with one key. I want to stop flirting with disaster and get another key cut. The truck uses the security style key, I think they were more common on Lexus (Lexuses....Lexus'......Lexi, how do you pluralize Lexus?) The outside edges of the key are straight, there is a groove cut down the middle of the key.

Anyone know where I could get one of these keys cut in Vancouver (or Squamish, nowhere in Whistler or Pemberton can do it.)

Sounds like any VW or BMW key etc. Post a pic but otherwise to have the key cut anyone who can cut for the Euro cars can cut you a key.

Blanks are available from "ilco", pattern "LXP90-P"; larger lock companies should be able to cut one for you. Prices Lock and Safe in Victoria charged me $35 last year.

Also available is a little key with a truncated end that fits in a credit card sized carrier, slap it in your wallet and you will probably not lock yourself out again.
