Just watch your speed. The police presence seems a little high this morning.

Thank you for everyone that was able to make the run! Hope everyone made it home safe. I'll post the run report tomorrow.

Had a good time. Wish we could've stayed for full hike because the scenery was beautiful

Thanks for hosting, Dimples! I know I had fun and I suspect Reyna did too haha. Looking forward to the next one.

Thanks again Dimples. Great day.

Hank your pig looks like it is smiling.

So now for the run report. Better late than never, or so they say.

This run had a pretty fantastic turnout considering it was just a scenic trail. Got to meet lots of new and wonderful members and their rigs. Hank definitely took best of show. We had a wonderful time with all of you. Our hike to the waterfall got off on some rough ground but we made it there. Then found the actual trail on the way back. It really does exist the first part was just washed out.

On the downside we carried out A LOT of trash and couldn't even make a dent. Thank you all for helping though. Every little bit helps.

Now some gratuitous nature photos.

Everything looked like it might have lined up right for me to go on this one until relatives decided at the last minute to come to town. If that hadn't happened I could have filled in the gap with my FJ62.

Years ago the club did a cleanup in the area. My M416 was getting pretty full with everything that was picked up. Sad how much trash people toss out their vehicle.:(

We filled up my trasharoo and several more bags. I am thinking of arranging another day just for cleanup. I am sure that the forest service could use the help.
