so.... not every time suspension going down on easy access mode , sometimes its going down right away , sometimes after i close the door , sometimes .....not.
and after stop at traffic light , suspension drop to normal position , which i think is normal , but strange ...
2014 lx , 75000 miles.
do i need flush ?

If it’s never been done then yes you do.

complete flush , or suck the reservoir and refill and repeat 2 or 3 times ?

Complete - it’s a 60k interval

I just did my full flush. Details on my build thread or on the master flush thread. It doesn't take much in the way of tools. I did find a 200ml giant syringe handy for the evacuation and refill of the fluid reservoir. Took a couple hours of fiddling; if you've done it before it is probably an hour of work.

Our Lexus dealerships. All the ones I called quoted the same price for ahc flush. $330

Thoughts
1) AHC will not activate, manually or auto (after engine shut off), until ALL doors are shut
2) Dropping the rear end is normal - at highway speeds the rear jacks up a little and when you get to first stop (like arrive at a stop light after exiting highway) the rear will drop (my dog HATES it).

You have #2 wrong there. At highway speeds the AHC lowers. It raises back up at regular speeds.

Copy, yes, thank you (senior moment!). For Samuraj's benefit - how it's (the AHC) supposed to work:

You and @LXinOBX are not wrong. It distinctly will drop sometimes after coming off the highway, particularly when coming to a stop a little hot.

I chalk this up to suspension interaction/stiction between the front and rear suspension. When braking harder coming off the freeway, the front anti-dive / firmer spring globe engages. This makes the front take up a bit more load jacking up the overall vehicle, and the rear compensates by lowering.

Yes, AHC also lowers 62mph, but that's a different thing at work, because it raises back up at 50mph. Not at a stop.

As for the easy access mode...are you sure all doors are closed? I find if someone in the vehicle, or myself get out of the car quick after parking, it may not let AHC lower all the way. It stops lowering as soon as any door is open. Yes, flush it too!

yes , and sometimes , after doors are closed it did go down ....sometimes .
i will do the flush soon and report back .

Also if you turn the engine off when in neutral prior to putting in park (to finish a call on handsfree, etc) it will not lower.

A ha ‼️
So maybe the problem is in shifter mechanism
Maybe someone spill coffee ❓
