I think this may be a better place to post this than under Isuzu. I have a chevy 5.7 gas v8 Isuzu NPR 2 wheel drive. I want to make it into a 4 wheel drive. Interested in any help on transfer case/etc. Seems that it shouldnt be that bad since its a chevy v8 motor but I am doing this for fun so I dont know. Any pro help in Northern Va would be very welcome and I would pay for a pro to get me going in person.

Head to the capital land cruiser club sub forum since most of us are in N VA. Pm "SAS" about Isuzu stuff. He's the only Isuzu dude in NVA that I know.

I've had a diesel engine in the garage for nearly 2-years which I've done next-to-nothing with in that time, dreaming to build a turbo-diesel FJ60. But as we all know, dreams are only thoughts without action!
I sent you a PM with some factors to consider for this project--steering, suspension, front axle, transfer-case, rear axle. Much of it inter-related since one aspect affects another.
Plus sent you a couple of web sites to review 'cause they are so informative (Novak, etc.)
