I have all the parts to complete the swap except the M9 connector (TE Connectivity 1318221-1). Mouser wants a minimum order of 1,600, Alibaba has a 28 week lead time, and I’m not sure of any other sites that carry this connector. I did get a file to 3D print it, but before going that route, I was wondering if anyone had a spare laying around I could purchase?

I'm in the same boat. I have a friend with a 3D printer, but am skeptical of the quality plastic he has to print it with.
Would also love if anyone had one lying around, with first dibs going to socalregs.

My alternate plan is to use craftcloud. Looks like it'll be about $25 to print and ship the M9 connector with a good quality plastic.

How hard was it to find the rest of the parts?

I got the AC controls through someone in Pakistan. It came with the AC controls, brackets, and the clock/trip computer.
Cost was $750 shipped and it took about 2 months.
As for the other electrical parts, I got all other info from here. Hope this helps.

The connectors are all readily available and took maybe a week to get to me and I am still going the 3D printed M9 connector route.
As for the AC controls, they're getting harder and harder to find, which is why I got mine when I did.

If anyone needs the M9 connector I found them on Alibaba. Minimum order is 10 and they're an exact fit. I have a few extra I can send out for the cost of postage.

Here's the link

When chatting with the person to order I made sure to specify I wanted the 16 pin in the first picture and they sent it out.
